He is a normal sized dugong that wears a marine jacket with Justice on the back.
Personality[]
Gunther is all talk and all show. He loves to crack jokes about how much better Dugongs are than humans. Not only that but he will show off his Kung fu at any chance he gets. Oddly enough, when it comes to his marine work he tends to take a more natural justice approach despite his attitude. He likes to see what mother nature has to say about criminals before taking action, unless they really challenge his kung fu skills.
Biography[]
He was Kung Fu Dugong that ate the hito hito no mi. He joined the marines and rose through the ranks quickly. Since the events of Loguetown he is presumed to have been dishonorably discharged or executed.
